Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Krabi, Thailand.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery address, the items ordered and the amount paid. Please check it carefully and email contact@vertavertical.com immediately if anything is wrong. We cannot change an order once dispatch is confirmed.

Delivery estimates

Measured from dispatch, and they do not include customs clearance time.

- Thailand, 2 to 4 business days
- Southeast Asia, 3 to 7 business days
- Australia and New Zealand, 5 to 10 business days
- Europe and North America, 7 to 14 business days

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout before you pay, based on destination and order weight.

Available destinations are listed in the country selector at checkout. If your country is not listed, email contact@vertavertical.com before ordering.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Thailand may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are outside our control, and are paid by you. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering. We do not under-declare shipment values or misdescribe contents on customs paperwork.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charge, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the parcel to us. See the refund policy.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimate above plus 10 business days, email contact@vertavertical.com with your order number and we will trace it.
