These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of VERTA's website and services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the VERTA website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

Company: VERTA, operated by Verta Company Limited, registered in Thailand.

Products: Climbing hardware and related products sold by VERTA

User: Any person who accesses or uses the Website

2. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, VERTA and its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material on the Website, including text, images, product specifications, technical documentation, and branding. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

Republish material from the VERTA website
Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the VERTA website
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the VERTA website
Redistribute content from the VERTA website without prior written permission

3. Product information

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, or other content on the Website are completely free from error. Load ratings and technical specifications published on the Website reflect tested values under laboratory conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in any specific installation.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price
You must be over 18 years of age to place an order
Prices are listed in various currencies and exclude shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes
Payment is processed securely via Shopify's payment infrastructure. VERTA does not store payment card data
VERTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued

5. Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. To cancel, contact us at contact@vertavertical.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and the returns process applies instead.

6. Shipping and delivery

VERTA ships worldwide from Krabi, Thailand. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. VERTA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer upon dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. VERTA will not under-declare shipment values or misrepresent contents on customs documentation.

7. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and uninstalled, in the same condition as received
The product must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase
The return must be initiated by contacting us at contact@vertavertical.com before sending any goods back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

We do not accept returns on hardware that has been installed. Once a bolt, ring, or anchor component has been installed it cannot be returned or refunded regardless of condition. Installed hardware cannot be verified as uncompromised and cannot be resold or reused in a life-safety application.

8. Product liability and disclaimer

VERTA hardware is designed and tested for use as permanent climbing anchors and related applications by qualified route setters, riggers, and climbing professionals. Products must be installed correctly, in appropriate substrate, using compatible adhesives and methods, and inspected regularly in service.

VERTA is not liable for:

Failure resulting from incorrect installation, inappropriate substrate, or use of incompatible adhesive
Failure resulting from use outside the rated load specifications published for each product
Failure resulting from lack of inspection or continued use of hardware past its serviceable condition
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of VERTA products

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by VERTA's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts in relation to any dispute arising from these terms or from any purchase made from VERTA.

If you have a complaint or dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at contact@vertavertical.com in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before any formal proceedings are initiated.

10. Changes to terms and conditions

VERTA reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
